Before download:
Confirm your device allows the installation of applications from Unknown sources.
To check that your device supports the installation of applications from Unknown sources:
- Go to Settings and find the Unknown sources option. Depending on your device, it will appear under Applications or Security.
- Tick the checkbox and tap OK on the confirmation window.
